What is your return policy?
Our customer mean a lot to us. We have our straight policy that accepts returns. Our animals will be checked on prior to return process. You must show proof of ownership and then fill out a form explaining why you’d like to return your pet to us. For returns, we not only give your money back, but we also give you a Companion charged card with 2,000 points (value $100) in case any expectations were not met.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do! You can find your local gift card at any pet shop in your city. We’ve made easier and better then ever.
What are the payment options?
Our payments options include cash, card, or checks. Cash payments can be paid at the closest Companion locations like  vet offices that have offered our program. Yes, we do accept insurance.
How does Companion work?
Companion works with adoption centers, locally based in your city, and our own centers. We give each pet the care they need using our funds. Using this website, you are browsing animals, then later adopting them through the internet. Easy right?
How can I adopt a pet?
